Quotations and project scope

Availability, scope, fees, taxes, delivery dates and responsibilities are confirmed in a written quotation or project agreement. Work starts according to the agreed acceptance and payment arrangements. Changes to scope, equipment or timelines require agreement.

Payments, cancellation and support

Payment milestones, cancellation arrangements, warranties and support response times are those stated in your accepted quotation or contract. Please ask for clarification before accepting. These website terms do not limit rights that applicable law protects.

Domains, hosting and third-party systems

Domain registration depends on availability and registry rules. Hosting, software licences and third-party platforms may have their own terms, renewal dates and fees. Ownership, access credentials, backups and renewal responsibilities should be recorded in the project agreement.

Content and intellectual property

Website content and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing them beyond lawful use. Ownership and licences for commissioned websites, integrations and source code are set out in the project agreement.

Privacy and external links

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Optional analytics are controlled through cookie preferences. External websites operate under their own terms.
